unfortunately, any kind of bright color like pink, blue, green, purple, etc. will not show up on dark hair. you have to have blonde hair, which means you would have to bleach it, and then put the pink on, making it pretty permanent.
you might get like a slight pink tint, but as far as being bright or noticeable? it's not gonna happen with your natural color...sorry.
