Why do old ladies sometimes have pink hair?

I'm sure they're not punk rock, so why do I occasionally see old ladies with pink or blue hair?

Why do old ladies sometimes have pink hair?

some old ladies come into my work once a week for a shampoo and blow wave. because their hair is so grey/white they want some sort of colour in it so they put in a "water rinse" this is the same as if you put food dye and water in your hair pretty much. anyway, these colours are called "fancifull rinses" and they coem with all sorts of ridiculous names like "bashfu blonde" "saucy beige" "true steel" "silver lining" "white minx"

anyway, they are slightly coloured and it just gives them a little bit of a tone so they don't look so white.

the "true steel" one is the blue

and "saucy beige" is the pink one.

Why do old ladies sometimes have pink hair?

a end of life crisis as oppose to a mid life one,

Why do old ladies sometimes have pink hair?

Because they don't know how to dye it!

some actually like it while others use a "blueing" shampoo to get rid of yellow tones in thier hair and they don't realize it's gone blue.

How do you know they're not into punk though?? lol

  1. Some old ladies have gorgeous pearly pink hair that looks far out and fantastic. We've all been young and can do whatever we want with our hair. I've seen young girls with hot pink hair, bright orange hair, two and three tones. So what - experiment with your hair - one day you'll be white too! As for the last few comments - we do know what we're doing (when you're old, do you want people thinking that of you? Show some respect dear). And yes, maybe we ARE punks. And if you think it looks stupid, then don't do it yourself Lai. Live and let live :)
