Could someone please answer some questions I have on hair and eye color?

I've seen questions here with people asking about brunette hair %26amp; brown eyes. I saw 2 different questions about brown eyes seeming to be unliked. Being brown-eyed, I can relate, but after seeing the questions (%26amp; some on brunette hair) it made me want to ask if people know if blonde hair %26amp; blue eyes are appreciated because of "rarity," or not appreciated but preferred due to cultural preference. Though only whites have blue eyes (with exceptional cases in non-whites), if you look around blue is actually more common than brown for eye color in whites. Blue is overall pretty common. Along with that, green, %26amp; especially violet, are way less common than blue. Why aren't green %26amp; violet the appreciated colors? It seems the only appreciation is to blue, with some towards green. Blue seems to be glorified over appreciated. Same with blonde hair. If appreciation is the case, why do blondes get the attention, not redheads? Is blonde and/or blue-eyed appreciated, or prefered? What do you think?

Blue eyes are common among those of Northern European descent -- but not so common in Southern Europe. According to the attached Wikipedia article, about a third of non-hispanic whites in the US have blue eyes (down from a hundred years ago when there were a higher percentage of whites of Northern Europe heritage). So -- your claim that blue eyes is actually more common among whites is false. Although it is true in Northern European countries.

I grew up in Minnesota, so was never too impressed with blondes -- because there were so many of them. I prefer redheads. Perhaps it is because I was a redhead -- perhaps it is a cultural thing. I actually find that redheaded women are either really beautiful or really ugly -- there seems to be non middle ground.

that is society but that's only in America, in Europe its very open-minded and in Japan forget about it you're considered beautiful as long as you aren't overweight.

I don't know. I have blue eyes and my son do, too. My neice has crystal blue eyes. Beautiful! Everyone comments on her crystal eyes and ignore my boys' because they are darker blue.

Stop worrying about the outer appearance, it really truthfully does not last my dear. The outer appearance is temporary. Before you know it we will be old and gray and none of that matters, the only thing that will remain is that God loves you. John 3:16, God so loved the world (you) he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. Looking to ourself will only bring depression, hopelessness, unsatifying longing to look better, doubt and worry ~ all for nothing, all coming from the devil. The Lord wants you to love him, we love because he first loved us. Accept Christ Jesus into your heart for living dieing on the cross, rising on the third day and ask him to forgive you for your sins, for we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. If God were to judge you on the ten commandments when you die, would he find you guilty? ever lied, stole, been jealous, put anything before God, cheated, looked upon the other sex with lust, it is all sin. And we have all sinned, and God knows that, but loves us anyways, he made a way to him and heaven by sending his Son to die on the cross, so that whoever beleieved in him Jesus, would have everlasting life. Ask him into your heart, to forgive you for your sins, confess that He died for you and take him as your Savior. Pray to him, let him speak to you through the Holy Bible, New King James Version or New International Version. He is the way the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father except through Jesus Christ. Well, there is a mouthfull. I dont want you to waste your life on meaningless things like loooks, look to what is really important, our Creator and lover of your soul. If you were to die today where would you go? 1) blondes have more fun!

2) redheads are known for their tempers (i should know-my friend's one)

3) a true blonde with actual blue eyes (no greenish/hazel tint in them) is a rarity. so yes, i think it's both preferred and appreciated.

4)half the people in the world are colorblind and see people with hazel/green eyes as having blue eyes. so true blue eyes are scarcely seen.

I like natural redheads and blondes myself because of rarity. I prefer natural redheads because they are much rarer. Green and violet eyes are appreciated to because of rarity. There are far more blue eyed brunettes that dye their hair blonde and because this far more beautiful blue eyed blondes . You could be looking for years before you find a natural blonde or redhead and then they could be ugly. I am still holding out for the beautiful natural redhead. (I think that the stereotype of the hotheaded redhead is conditioning because kids tease those that are different) I will accept a natural blonde with green or violet eyes. Some prefer Latin or Asian women because some think they are more docile and nicer than blue or blond haired American or European women so don't sell yourself short. You probably like tall men that are brunette and have brown eyes. I am not.
