um, do you mean dark instead of darn??? Usually for your eye color you use the opposite color eye shadow, so you would use brown or goldish shadows, I have blue eyes and that's what I do...also, I use black liner and mascara...I really only play up one feature usually because to do everything is really alot for daytime, nightime is another story, that's when I go all out...

You'd have to show a pic, because it matters on how your face is structured and stuff on how you do your makeup. But, one thing I know is, purple makes brown eyes stand out

There's soo many makeup "tricks". I personally go for a more flawless look, like perfect skin and mascara, not like totally done up. I just coverup and mascara, and foundation.

find a good cover up stick... i like the neutrogena on the spot blemish wand, in your skin tone of course... and since you have smaller lips i'd play up the eyes browns and earth tones make the blue eyes pop out alot, a trick i do is i put black eyeliner on then brown eyeliner on my eyelids along with some tan shadow with brown/black mascara. and a simple gloss for your lips. Rule of thumb is to never play up your eyes and your lips together, pick one or the other....
