I have natural icy blue-grey eyes tanned skinn. I want my eyes to realllllly pop .. SO should I go with the California blonde hair blue eyes look and dye my hair platnum blonde to go with my blue eyes !!!! Or should I dye it darrrrrrkk brown and look more sultry with the dark skin dark hair and light eyes. What route should I take !

i think that dark hair would make your eyes really POP. it would really exaggerate the color of your eyes, and the contrast would look AWESOME.
