Dear Yahooligans: Hair DYE?

I have dark brown hair. It is coarse. I am white.

My problem?

I want to dye my hair blue.

ya I know, 'stupid young kid'. Well I fully embrace that! haha

But, my question is how would I do that? What would I need to get to do that?

Blue hair...0.0 AWESOME! Well. You would need to bleach your hair first. Then get something called Special effects It lasts long and in 5 months you just need to apply to roots!

Well with me i went from course blonde hair to wondeful red hair maybe go to a hir salon so they can do something with the coursness of your hair.or blue hair dye at ur local walmart
