I bleached my daughters hair twice it has alot of red in it i went to sally's beauty supply store and asked them what can i get to make her hair go back to her normal hair color which is i would say light brown i got a blue based hair color it is a medium blonde and a 20 volume developer and a pouch of unred to mix with color and developer this is what i was told to put on her hair. Will this work? and fix her hair back to a normal color

my advice would be to take her to an experienced professional and let them fix it... then leave her hair alone. all those chemicals in such a short time are going to absolutely destroy her hair. what if you try this "fix" and it doesn't work, and then you have to try something else. just let someone who knows what they are doing undo the damage.
